Can I collect my pottery purchases from your studio?

Webshop purchases and Direct orders can be collected by appointment.

Do you accept returns?

It is my sincere wish that all customers are happy with their purchases. I understand that, on occasion, expectations may not be met when purchasing items online. Should this be the case, I ask that you live with your purchase for a couple of days to allow the piece time. I do this myself, prior to assessing pieces newly unpacked from the kiln.

If you are not completely satisfied with the piece, I offer a full refund on it’s safe return, within ten business days of purchase. An email stating your intention and order number is required prior to postage. Items must be returned undamaged and packaged well. Refunds will not include return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or processed in error from our end.

A full refund is provided if work arrives broken with no requirement to return the item.

Do you post your pottery internationally?

If you have your heart set on something in my webshop pls email me [email protected] I will do some investigation into the cost of delivery to you.
